Directions to Our Office
From I-77 in Northeast Columbia, take the Farrow Road exit (Exit 19). Turn left on Farrow Road. Then turn right at the stop light onto Rabon Road. Cross the railroad tracks and turn right on Pinnacle Point Drive. Our office is a quarter mile ahead on the left.
Prepare For Your Visit
In preparation for your visit, please come 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment and bring the following with you:
- Photo Identification (ID) such as valid driver’s license
- Insurance Card
- Be prepared to pay your co-payment if applicable
- List of current medications and/or herbal supplements you are taking
